The maintenance service was lacking, as my requests for repairs to the blinds and HVAC unit were never addressed. This resulted in sleeping with the blinds open, experiencing glares and a hot room.

I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn in Fairburn for both leisure and business purposes. The staff, particularly Jabari and Brent, provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Despite a minor issue with the water temperature, Brent personally ensured that I was promptly moved to a new room and took care of all the necessary arrangements. The breakfast had a good variety and was delicious, and the location near the highway and restaurants was very convenient. I would definitely come back to this hotel.
